Krokus Plaza is a 3-star city hotel located near the center of Tashkent. The hotel has 65 rooms in seven categories. Krokus Plaza is one of the few hotels in Uzbekistan that was certified according to the implemented international standard and received the President’s subsidy “On expansion and improvement of tourism and hospitality.”

Challenges

  • The hotel struggled to manage rooms and availability in several user accounts.
  • Krokus Plaza Hotel could not evaluate the effectiveness of direct sales.
  • The staff was overworked since they had to manage bookings manually.

Managing rooms in each extranet separately drove us crazy. We would sit up until 11 o'clock at night, and once we got a reservation, we immediately closed the availability in other extranets. We would register a reservation, and the reservation would be canceled after half an hour. We would cancel it and reopen the sale on all extranets. This was the turning point that made us get started with Channel Manager.

Our goal was to increase the number of guests with simplicity and convenience for all. The product itself is very accessible and does not require any special skills. Once connected to it, there is no need to undergo any additional training to work with it. Also, Exely support team is very helpful, and it takes no time to create new rate plans and connect to new booking platforms.
