Sweet Home did not have an official website. Instead, the apartments were offered on Online Travel Agencies that have restricted opportunities for upselling extra services. Without an official website, the apartment hotel missed out on higher margins and extra revenue
The manager used to spend too much time monitoring competitor prices. Without an automated solution, whenever demand changed, he regularly looked through competitors’ listings on booking platforms and checked their rates.  
Sweet Home staff managed reservations, guest information, and payments by hand via Google Docs. This was time-consuming and, prone to errors and caused additional stress on the team.

I used Google Documents to store all the data related to our business, including reservations, guest information and payments.

  • Exely Hotel Website Builder. Sweet Home was able to create a website without a developer. The staff can add new photos and texts at any time and update room descriptions from their Exely account.
  • Exely Booking Engine and Extra Service Booking Engine. These solutions allowed Sweet Home to sell apartments online 24/7 without paying high commissions. They are now able to sell their 12 guided tours both to guests and to non-guests, which is an additional revenue stream. 
  • Exely Loyalty Program. Sweet Home automated their loyalty program with Exely to encourage repeat stays and decrease booking acquisition cost.
  • Exely Reputation Management. Collects online reviews from Sweet Home’s guests in one place and displays the best reviews on the website. 

To automate workflows

  • Exely Extranet. Exely’s single user account automatically syncs all the booking information across the official website, connecting booking platforms and property management systems. 
  • Exely Price Monitor. Sweet Home effectively monitors competitors' prices in intuitive graphs and adjusts their prices in the same user account. 

I believe that Reputation Manager and the review widget help retain users on the website, as they can find all the necessary information in one place and they do not have to leave the website for other platforms. Our collaboration with Exely has greatly boosted our company's activity. Working together, we created and launched a website, which has led to a 25% increase in bookings for 2023.
