Questa Thermal & Spa Hotel is a modern, stylish property located in Eskişehir, Türkiye. Guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s Italian restaurant and burn the calories later in the indoor fitness center. The property also offers its halls and a ballroom for special occasions like weddings and celebrations. 

Challenges

  • No control over pricing. Questa Hotel struggled to protect its room rates across distribution channels. OTAs could adjust prices without notice, undercutting the hotel’s revenue.
  • Heavy reliance on OTAs for bookings. The hotel’s goal was to sell more rooms through its own website, reach its own audience directly, and reduce dependency on online travel agents. However, without strong direct booking tools in place, this was difficult to achieve.
