Before partnering with Exely, its main challenge was to effectively promote and sell rooms across three different hotels — both through OTAs and direct channels. Their existing tools didn’t allow centralized control, and the booking flow was split across outdated systems.
The company also struggled with low online visibility. Its official website wasn’t showing up in search results, even for branded queries. This limited direct traffic and pushed the brand to rely on agencies.
At the operational level, manual booking management overwhelmed the team. Many reservations came through email, and staff had to process them one by one. This slowed down operations, increased the risk of error.

The tool also syncs seamlessly with Google Free Booking Links, helping Zin D appear in key search results and attract more direct bookings from price-sensitive guests.
Exely Reputation Manager. To convert more website visitors into guests, Zin D added the Reputation Manager widget to each hotel website. The widget pulls reviews and ratings from major review platforms and displays them in one place — directly on the booking page. This gives potential guests instant social proof and builds trust without leaving the site.
