If you work with a third-party PMS, you can set up integration with Exely Loyalty Program in the Exely extranet.
Integration of the loyalty program with your PMS allows you to:
Transfer and display the guest’s loyalty card information in the PMS.
Automatically accumulate bookings made in the PMS via front desk or phone on the guest’s loyalty card.
Which bookings are accumulated in Exely Loyalty Program
Bookings created on the website via Exely Booking Engine.
Bookings from the PMS made via phone or front desk are also included in loyalty program earnings from:
Exely PMS — accumulated by default, as all Exely solutions exchange data within a single ecosystem.
Opera PMS — earnings accumulation is also available for this PMS.
What data is passed from Exely Loyalty Program to PMS
If a guest makes a booking on the website and enters their Exely Loyalty Program card, and the integration is set up, the following data will be passed to the PMS:
loyalty card number;
guest status;
information about payment with points (for Exely Loyalty Program: Points);
loyalty cardholder’s name in the comment (for Opera PMS).
It is possible to pass the guest’s loyalty card number and status to the following PMS:
Exely PMS (by default);
Opera;
Fidelio.
