The Exely extranet features a notification system that informs users about payments, marketing activities, tool updates, and their performance.

In the upper-right corner of the extranet, there are three icons.

The icons display:

• Notifications with the “Payments” topic, created manually by Exely staff or automatically by the system, reminding users about upcoming payments or outstanding invoices.

• Notifications with the “System notifications” topics and “Technical notifications”, created manually or automatically, for urgent and important messages related to tool functionality.

• Notifications with the “What’s new” and “Marketing” topics, created manually by Exely staff to inform users about product updates and upcoming events.

Each notification card displayed under an icon contains buttons:

• “Learn more” – opens an external resource with detailed information about the issue or update.

• “Show all notifications” – opens the “News feed” sections with notifications from all topics.

The “News feed” page contains three sections:

• Payments,

• System notifications,

• News.

Click the “View all updates” button to open the “What’s new” section.
