Porte Tech is an online concierge for hotels that allows guests to complete online check-in and check-out, receive a mobile key for room, communicate with the hotel via chat, and order extra services through a web or mobile interface.

What is required to set up the integration

• A valid subscription to Exely PMS.

• Access to Exely PMS Universal API.

• A valid subscription to Porte Tech.

To set up the integration, send your property ID and the Universal API integration key from the "Hotel management" > "Settings" section > "Integrations" tab to the Porte Tech support team.

After receiving the details, the Porte Tech team will start the integration setup.
