Exely PMS Universal API — a set of methods for obtaining information on bookings, guest profiles, financial and analytical data designed to integrate external systems with Exely PMS.

The methods of Exely PMS Universal API allow you to:

1. Get information on:

  • accruals in bookings;
  • booking payments;
  • bookings;
  • booking invoices;
  • available payment methods;
  • customer companies and agent companies;
  • guest profile;
  • guest accommodation;
  • rooms in a room type.

2. Search for:

  • bookings by a given date range and booking status;
  • available rooms for each accommodation in the booking;
  • guest profiles by specified parameters.

3. Perform the following actions:

  • assign a room for accommodation;
  • check a guest in;
  • check a guest out;
  • confirm a payment;
  • issue a refund;
  • save the guest's identity document;
  • save the guest's place of birth;
  • save the image (scan) of the guest's identity document.


The methods of Exely PMS Universal API can be used to independently integrate your internal hotel management systems with the Exely platform without the involvement of Exely specialists. All customizations are done by the property IT specialist. For example, if you need a specific report, you can set up data transfer via API from Exely to your system.
