How to add a rate plan description
A detailed rate plan description helps guests to understand the difference between rate plans and select the best deal. Write what is included in the price so that website visitors see this at the first step of the booking process.
To add a rate plan description, do the following:
1. Go to “Room management” > “Rate plans”.
2. Click on the rate plan name and switch to the “Rate plan display on the website” tab.
3. In the “Detailed description” field, enter the essential details of the rate plan.
4. Click “Save” at the top of the page.
At the first step of the booking process, website visitors will see the “More” button for each of the rate plans.
