If the booking from the property's official website was cancelled by mistake or guests have changed their mind and want to stay at the hotel, you can restore the booking.
1. Go to “Reports” > “Bookings”.
2. Find the specified booking using the filters, or enter the booking number in the search field and click “Check through all bookings”.
3. Click the “Action” button on the right side and select “Restore booking”.

4. Click "OK" to confirm the booking restoration.

5. In “Resend a confirmation to email” pop-up, select who receives the confirmation (a guest or a hotel) and click “Send notification”.
The booking is restored now.
