How guests can pay for orders
When an order is created, a payment link is generated. The link is sent in business chats in Viber to the guest’s phone number indicated in the order. If a guest does not use Viber, the link will be sent via SMS. All messages are sent on behalf of Exely.
To pay for the order, the guest need to:
1. Click the payment link.
2. Enter the email address to receive online receipt and click "Pay":
Note: Guests can view the approximate cost of the order in rubles, US dollars, euros, yuan. However, the final amount charged in the guest's card currency will depend on the currency conversion rate of the bank transferring the funds.
3. In the opened payment system window, enter the payer and bank card details. Click the "Pay" button to complete the payment.
Below, you can see an example of a payment window. The interface may vary depending on your bank.
Once the order is paid, an electronic receipt will be sent to the specified email address.
