
TTLock — is an electronic locking system for hotels.
TTLock is integrated with Exely PMS: every hotel room is assigned a unique lock number, and keys are encoded in booking details. At check-in, a guest is issued an electronic key to access the room that has been booked. The integration allows working with proximity locks.
What you need to set up the integration
Have a valid subscription for Exely PMS.
Install and configure the lock management application TTHOTEL WINDOWS SOFTWARE.
Install and configure Exely Agent.

Install and configure TTHOTEL
1. Download and installed TTHOTEL application.
2. Log in — login and password will be provided by TTLock representatives.

3. Go to “Settings” > “Integrations” and copy the value from the “client_id” field.

4. At the same page, click the “View” link on the right from the “client_secret” field and copy the value.

Install and configure Exely Agent
In the Exely extranet, go to “Property management” > “Settings” > the “Electronic keys” tab. Download Exely Agent and set it. For details, refer to the instruction “How to install and set Exely Agent”.

Pay attention. Windows 7 does not support websocket. Exely Agent does not work on Windows 7 or below. It is available on Windows 8 and 10.
Connect Exely PMS to TTHOTEL
1. In the Exely extranet, go to “Property management” > “Settings” and switch to the “Electronic keys” tab. Select TTLock (1).

2. In the “User” field, enter the value from the “client_id” field in the TTLock lock management appalication.
3. In the “Password” field, enter the value from the “client_secret” field in the TTLock lock management application.
4. In the “Port number” field, specify the port through which the encoder is connected to the computer. To find it out, right-click in the lower left corner of your desktop and click "Start" > "Control Panel". Go to "Device Manager" > "Ports" > the port through which the encoder is connected to the computer.

Set the room inventory
Go to “Property management” > “Room Inventory” > the "Rooms" tab.

Click the room number in the list to specify the lock system number for each room.

Use the MAC-address of a lock, specified in the TTLock lock management application. For this,
1. Log in at https://lock.ttlock.com/. Login and password will be provided by TTLock representatives.
2. Go to the lock settings, copy MAC from the “MAC/ID” field and paste it in the “Lock system number” field in the required room settings in Exely PMS. The number format should be without colon, for example “CD8B39CE4642”.

3. Click the "Save" button at the top of the page.
Issue keys
To issue a key to the guest’s booked room, left-click the required booking in the Front desk and click the “Key card issuance” button in the opened sidebar.

Or open the booking details page and click "Create key".

The key validity period is automatically set according to the guest’s check-in and check-out time. Select the number of keys and click “Confirm”.

Place the key card onto the TTLock encoder to program the key.

If the property has multiple reception desks (computers) with different encoders, the administrator can issue a key by selecting the required encoder in the "Device" field. By default, the system will suggest the last used device.

Issue additional keys
1. To issue keys for the second and subsequent guests staying in the room, open the booking details page, switch to the "Electronic keys" tab and click "Add a key".

2. In the opened window, select the second guest, insert a key card to the encoder and click "Confirm"
3. The list of issued keys shows valid cards of the following types:
"Guest card" — the first guest's key card;
"Joiner" — the additional key card for the second guest.
All previously issued key cards are blocked and have the "Cancelled" status.
View the list of keys provided
To see when a key was issued, go to “Property management” > “Settings” > the “Electronic keys” tab and scroll to the “List of keys provided” section.
