“Reputation” section in the Exely Hotelier mobile app
A new “Reputation” section has been added to the Exely Hotelier mobile app — Exely Reputation Manager. It allows you to
see an up-to-date breakdown of key hotel reputation metrics;
see an up-to-date list of reviews and respond to them in a timely manner.
“Reputation” page
In the Exely Hotelier mobile app, go to the “Reputation” section.
The following sections are available on the page:
Overall rating — displays the overall rating of the property based on feedback from all connected sources over time.
Total reviews — the number of reviews left by guests in sources.
Posted reviews— the number of reviews posted on the website of the selected property.
Guest ratings— the section contains data on guest evaluations from all connected sources for the whole time period.
Ratings by categories — the property rating by criteria based on feedback from all connected sources for the whole time period.
Tap "Overall rating" section, to go to the "Reviews" page.
If you tap "Posted reviews", the "Reviews" page with the applied "Posted" filter will be opened — a list of all posted reviews will be displayed.
“Reviews” page
The page contains the list of all reviews from all connected sources for the whole period of time.
The following options are available to ease working with the list of reviews:
1. Filters
- Source allows filtering reviews from a specific source;
- Status allows filtering “Posted” and “Not posted” reviews.
2. Sorting
- by date of posting reviews — from old to new or from new to old;
- by rating — from high to low or from low to high.
3. Option to select a period of review display. By default, 1 year is selected.
Review details page
Click a review to open the review details page, which contains:
- the status;
- response to review (if it was added);
- link to the review in the source where the review was added.
