To enable an ability to manually top up or redeem points, send a request to your Customer Support manager or Exely Customer Support team.
How to top up or redeem point
1. In the Exely extranet, go to “Guest management” > “Loyalty program” > “Cards list”. Find the required loyalty card and click “Action” > “Top up or redeem points”.

The second way is to click the loyalty card number to open the loyalty card details page. In the upper part of the page, click the “Top up or redeem points” button.

It is also possible to top up rewards — nights or money, depending on the selected earnings type for the loyalty program. For details, see the article “How to manually top up rewards to loyalty cards”.
2. A window “Top up or redeem points” will be opened. Select the required action — reward or redeem — and specify the number of points.


In the “Comment” field, make sure to indicate the reason for rewarding or redeeming points. The comment is displayed in the transaction history but is not shown to the guest. Click “Apply.”

3. In the opened window, confirm the points should be rewarded or redeemed.
Information about the manually rewarded and redeemed points will be displayed in the loyalty card transaction history. In the “Reward points” section, you can see the card balance — the total number of points after all transactions.
