How to change a payment method for a booking
To change a payment method for a booking, do the following:
1. Go to “Property management” > “Front desk”.
2. Search for the booking you need and click it.
3. A window with a few details on the booking will be opened. There, you can find a selected payment method.
Click the “Edit” button.
4. A booking details page will be opened. In the “Billing” section, select another option in the “Guarantee method” drop-down list.
5. Click the “Save” button at the top of the page.

For bookings made on the website and distribution channels, the “Guarantee by credit card” method cannot be changed. |
