What data are there

In the report, you can find the following data:

  • Room nights — the number of room nights sold at the selected rate plan.

  • Room nights % — the percentage of the room nights sold at this rate plan from the total number of room nights sold.

  • Revenue — revenue made from rooms sold at the selected rate plan. Learn more on how revenue is calculated.

  • Revenue % — the percentage of revenue made from rooms sold at the selected rate plan from the total revenue from rooms for the selected period.

  • ALS — the average length of stay at the rate plan for the period (day/month) if the room was checked in on this day/in this month. ALS = Total number of room nights/Number of bookings.

  • ADR — the average cost of a night-long stay at the hotel. To calculate it, the accommodation revenue (that includes discounts, and indirect taxes but not the cost of extra services) is divided by the number of rooms booked within the selected period of time. ADR = Accommodation Revenue / Room nights sold.

  • Beds sold — the number of people who stayed at the selected rate plan during the selected period of time.
