Agents, companies and points of sale - Detailed report
The report displays bookings broken down into groups according to their points of sale.
This report belongs to statistical reports. This means that the report is updated once per 24 hours, at 5 am.
The report displays data on bookings that were driven by agents and companies and made at different points of sale. It has a detailed study of bookings made through agent/customer/point of sale.
1. Select the "Agents, companies and points of sale - Detailed report" in the list of Reports.
2. There, set the reporting period by picking dates in both calendars.
3. The report has two types of filters: reservation status and grouping.
The “Reservation status” filter allows generating a report by picking either active or cancelled bookings.
The “Grouping” filter allows generating different reports on the customer and agent companies.
Features:
The report has specific bookings.
Bookings can be grouped by agent company/customer company/point of sale. Another setting filters bookings by their status (active/cancelled).
Only bookings with dates of stay that fall within the selected period pass into the report. Bookings are not “cropped”.
If a booking contains several rooms, every room will be displayed separately.
Important characteristics:
Arrival — date of arrival at the booking
Departure — date of departure at the booking
Room — Booking number
Status — Reservation status
Client — first guest in a booking
Guests — number of guests (by types of occupancy)
Average Daily Rate (ADR) — the average cost of a night-long stay at the hotel. To calculate it, the accommodation revenue (that includes discounts, and indirect taxes but not the cost of extra services) is divided by the number of rooms booked within the selected period of time.
ADR = Accommodation Revenue / Room nights sold
Revenue — the total revenue from the booking
