Last update: Nov 20, 2025

The “Cancellations window” report allows you to track how many days before arrival a booking has been cancelled.

Use the report to:

  • find out bookings, from which point of sales are cancelled the most within the selected period;

  • see bookings, from which point of sales are cancelled on the arrival date;

  • adjust your cancellation policy.

Pay attention. The data in the report is updated once a day at 10:00 local property time.

How to generate the report:

1. In the “Arrival date” fields, select the period for which you want to generate the report.

2. In the “Company type” filter, select how you want to generate the report: by points of sale, customer companies, or agent companies.

3. Click “Run a report”.

The generated table contains the following parameters:

  • The “Days left till arrival on the cancellation date” column shows how many days before arrival the booking was cancelled. For example, 0 means the booking was cancelled on the arrival date, 1 means one day before arrival, and so on.

  • The “Rooms cancelled” column shows how many rooms were cancelled on the arrival date, one day before arrival, etc.

  • The “Nights cancelled” column shows how many nights were cancelled on the arrival date, one day before arrival, etc.

  • The “Lost revenue” column shows the revenue that could have been earned from the cancelled bookings.

  • The “Source” columns show the number of cancelled nights and the percentage of cancelled bookings for each channel/agent/customer.
