How to add online chat in Exely Hotel Website Builder
Online chat is a tool for communicating with customers on the property website. Exely Hotel Website Builder supports installation of JivoSite, Bitrix24, HotBot.
To add online chat to the website in Exely Hotel Website Builder, go to “Website builder” > “Services” > the “Online chat” tab.
1. Start working with the preferred solution and get the widget code:
JivoSite — for details, refer to JivoChat.com.
Bitrix24 — information is available at Bitrix24.com.
HotBot — for details, contact the HotBot team: Hotbot.ai.
2. Go to “Website builder” > “Services” > the “Online chat” tab, enter the widget code in the “Code to install the widget on the website” field and click “Apply”.
If the code is correct, the widget ID box will appear below.
3. Click the “Save” button at the top of the page. Then, click “Publish”.
Once published, the widget will appear on the website.
