How to mark no-show bookings

If the arrival date of the booking has come, but the guest did not arrive to the hotel, cancel the booking in Exely extranet.

To cancel the booking:

1. Go to the "Reports" > "Bookings" section.

2. Find the booking, click "Action" button on the right and select "Cancel booking":


3. Click "Continue" to confirm the cancellation.


4. In the list of cancellation reasons, select "No-show" and click the "Cancel booking" button:


After the cancellation is processed, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the guest.


Note: If the guest did not arrive and the check-out date indicated in the booking has already arrived, the booking should be excluded from the report in Exely extranet > "Accounting" > "Booking reconciliation".
