Bank card guarantee — how to change accepted card types
Payment method “Bank card guarantee” means that guests enter their bank card details when making a booking. The hotel is responsible for charging payment from the guest’s bank card.
The guest can select from the following card types by default: Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard.
To change accepted card types:
1. Go to “Property settings” → “Payment methods” and click “Bank card guarantee”.
2. In “Payment form settings” section, tick all the card types that you can charge on your terminal.
3. Click “Save” at the top panel.
Accepted card types will be displayed in Exely Booking Engine when the guest selects a payment method.
