Activity log is the section in which notifications and news from the Exely extranet are displayed.

What information is available in the activity log
1. Bookings notifications (new bookings, modifications and cancellations).

2. Daily arrivals report and report on bookings.

3. System notifications on PMS Integration.

4. Recommendations from Exely Advisor.
How to set up the event display
1. In the Exely Hotelier mobile app, go to “Activity log”.
2. In the top right corner, click the filter icon.

3. The “Filters” window will be opened. Click “Event type”.

4. Tick the check-boxes for the notifications you want to receive and click “Apply”.

After making the settings, you will see notifications only about the selected events in the activity log.
Pay attention. If you have access to the extranet of several properties, the activity log will display notifications about events for all properties on the same page. To see events for specific properties, tick the check-boxes for the required properties in the “Account” filter.
