The “Booking balance” report helps track payments and outstanding balances for bookings.
Pay attention. The information in the report is updated once a day at 10:00 AM local property time.
How to generate the report
1. In the “For the period” fields, select dates in both calendars to set the reporting time period.
2. Set the following filters:
For the “Generate” filter, select what date the data should apply to: check-in date, check-out date, or booking date.
For the “Booking status” filter, select what booking should be taken into account: active or cancelled.
For the “Guarantee method” filter, select payment methods.
For the “Customer company” and “Agent company” filters, select companies if you want to study bookings made by specific companies.
For the “Balance” filter, select what type of balance you want to display in the report:
positive — a booking is not fully paid yet;
zero — a booking is fully paid;
negative — there is an overcharge for a booking and a refund is required.

3. Click the “View” button in the top right corner to select what columns you want to display in the report.
4. Click the “Run a report” button.

The report contains the following data:
Booking number.
Booking date.
Rate plan — the rate at which a booking was made.
Customer company — if a booking was made by the customer company.
Agent company — if a booking was made by the agent company.
Customer's full name — information on a person who made a booking (for example, for a group).
Check-in date.
Check-out date.
Booking status — active or cancelled.
Guarantee method — a payment method specified in a booking.
Number of rooms — the number of rooms in a booking.
Number of guests — the number of guests by occupancy types.
Adults — the number of adults indicated in the booking.
Children — the number of children indicated in the booking.
ADR — average daily rate (that does not include extra services).
Booking amount — the total amount for the booking.
Paid — amount confirmed on the booking account, including prepayments made in the Booking Engine on the hotel website.
Balance — current booking balance. i.e. the difference between the "Booking amount" and "Paid" columns.
