Exely Advisor goes through your Exely extranet settings in real time. The “Advisor” > “Dashboard” page displays error messages and hints so you can better customize your Exely extranet and increase sales.

Based on the received data, Exely Advisor generates recommendations for you. Using the button or link under the recommendation description, you can go to the extranet section to make the necessary changes.

Why recommendations are in different colors
Notifications in “Advisor” > “Dashboard” can be of two colors.
Red color highlights technical errors that prevent guests from opening your website or booking a room:
- SSL certificate for your website expired;
- Closed sales for the future 6 months;
- Your website domain name expired.

Pay attention. Technical errors cannot be fixed in the Exely extranet.
For example, if the SSL certificate expired, you need to contact the company where you purchased the SSL certificate, or the team maintaining your website.
By clicking the “Renew SSL certificate”, an article on the Exely website will be opened, which contains recommendations on how to renew the SSL certificate.
Blue color is used to highlight recommendations that contribute to sales growth. For example, the recommendation “Add rate plan descriptions”.

Click the "Add rate plan descriptions" button in the recommendation to go to the “Room management” > “Rate plans” section. Specify clear and attractive rate plan names so that guests can see the difference between them when booking.
If you want to postpone working on a recommendation, click the "Remind later" link and change the status.


The following statuses are available:
- Enabled,
- Disabled,
- Disabled until,
- Disabled for.
Pay attention. If you selected “Disabled”, make sure to specify the reason for disabling a recommendation.
How to work with progress bar
The “Sales performance indicator” section contains a progress bar. It shows how the sales performance indicator changes as the Exely Advisor recommendations are completed.

There are 3 levels: “Beginner”, “Specialist” and “Expert”. To move to the next level, you need to complete a certain percentage of tasks:
34% to move to the “Specialist” level.
67% to move to the “Expert” level.
For example, you have completed 5 out of 11 recommendations, which is 45% and corresponds to the “Specialist” level. To move to the “Expert” level and reach the sales performance indicator of 100%, you need to complete all Exely Advisor recommendations.
Where to see all recommendations
A maximum of 4 recommendations are displayed in “Advisor” > “Dashboard”. All recommendations can be viewed by clicking the "View all" button in the "Sales performance indicator" section.

A page with the list of all Exely Advisor recommendations will be opened. Active recommendations are displayed at the top of the list. Completed recommendations — at the bottom.

If all tasks are completed, the progress bar will show 100%.
Pay attention. The data in Exely Advisor is updated in real time. Make sure to check the “Advisor” > “Dashboard” page every day for new tasks.
If you follow the Exely Advisor recommendations in a timely manner, your guests will be able to book accommodation quickly and easily, and you will be able to increase your sales and revenue.
