Some online distribution channels are integrated with Exely via online request technology. To provide up-to-date information about your property to such channels, fill out the “Property description and photos” section in the Exely extranet.

Note. Some channels may not use the provided content and may instead add their own photos, property description, as well as descriptions for rate plans and room types.

We still recommend completing this section, as in the future the ability to automatically upload descriptions and photos to other channels might become available — we will notify you when this happens.

In the Exely extranet, go to “Property settings” > “Property description and photos”.

The “Property description and photos” section contains three tabs:

• Property description

• Star rating

• Property photos

Property description

On the “Property description” tab, provide key information about your property and its features. For example, describe the buildings and territory, include details about special equipment or unique amenities: parking, children’s playground, dining area, swimming pool, fitness center, etc.

The maximum length is 1000 characters.

Star rating

On the “Star rating” tab, specify your property’s star rating. Star ratings are assigned only by a specialized accredited company.

Property photos

On the “Property photos” tab, upload images of your property. We recommend adding photos of the building and territory, reception and lobby, parking area, children’s playground, dining area, fitness center, and swimming pool, if available.

The maximum image size is 10 MB. The supported file formats: JPG, PNG, GIF.
