Online distribution channels operating in online request mode

Some online distribution channels are integrated with Exely via online request technology. Such channels send online requests and receive information about the number of available rooms, prices, room descriptions, and make instant bookings directly from the Exely system.

  • Hotelcompas
  • International Travel Plus


Features of channels operating in online request mode:

  • The following parameters are delivered to the channels: description and photos of a property, rate plans and room types.

  • The cancellation rules configured in the Exely extranet are delivered to channels. If the penalty is calculated from the prepayment amount in the cancellation rule, it is considered that the prepayment amount = 100%.

  • Extra services included in a rate plan as well as extra services added to rate plans at extra cost can be delivered to channels operating in online request mode, if the required adjustments are made on the channel side.

  • The rate plan display settings affect the sales availability. For example, a rate plan is set to be not shown to guests on March 1. In this case, the rate plan will not be displayed for booking on the website on March 1.

  • The payment methods for bookings are configured on the channel side.

  • Channels send information about the payment amount to Exely PMS Front Desk if a guest pays for a booking in the channel.

  • Advanced availability settings are available.

  • Early check-in and late check-out rules configured in the Exely extranet can be delivered to channels operating in the online request mode, if the required adjustments are made on the channel side. You can see the supported parameters on the “Channel features” tab.
