The report displays statistics on agent companies, customer companies, and points of sale. It allows assessing their performances.
The consolidation report on agents, customers, and points of sale belongs to statistical reports. Data in the report is updated once every 24 hours, at 5 am.
The purpose of the report is to display analytic insights on the performance of agent companies, customer companies, and points of sales.
In the report, you can get answers to the following questions:
What percentage of bookings are cancelled? What is the cancellation window? How many arrivals and departures fell during the selected period of time? How much does the hotel make from bookings made at the reception desk, and what is the cancellation rate of such bookings? What agent company provides bookings for the longest periods? What point of sale provides the most expensive bookings?
Select the "Agents, companies and points of sale - Summary report" in the list of reports. There, set the reporting period by picking dates in both calendars.
If you tick the “Grouping by months” check box, the report will display data on bookings in comparison with bookings made in other months other than the current.
Above the report, you can select the type: customer company, agent company, or point of sale. The report is generated depending on the set filter. For example, if you select the agent company, you can find out which agent company drives more bookings and through which company you get the most cancellations.
