All room types of the property are almost always presented on the property official website. Information about rooms and photos of rooms are often placed in the “Rooms” section of the site. Place “Book” buttons next to the description of each room type in this section. In this case, a website visitor will choose a room and click the “Book” button — the booking engine with the selected room type will be opened.

Why you need the “Book now” buttons

The “Book now” buttons in the ‘Rooms’ section of your website can boost your online sales. Website visitors will not have to go back to the homepage to book a room. The guest will proceed to booking a room as soon as they read the information about it.

How to set the “Book now” buttons

Our technical specialists will install the “Book now” buttons for free on your website if you use Exely Booking Engine. For this, we will need access to your site - FTP and website CMS.

Note: Make sure all room types shown on the website are created in the Exely extranet.

If your property website is technically maintained and supported by a third-party company or an individual specialist, they will also be able to install the “Book” buttons. Send the specialist links to your property room types to set up the button navigation.

To get the links for rooms,

1. In the Exely extranet, go to “Room management” > “Room types”.

2. Find the required room type and click “Action” > “URL to the room type”.

Copy the URLs for all room types and send them to the specialist maintaining your property website to have the “Book now” buttons added.

The buttons will serve as a quick guide between the guests and instant booking of rooms they like.
