Cards lists

In the “Guests management” >"Loyalty program" > "Cards lists" section, you can see the activated guests cards according to their loyalty level, information about cardholder and the issue date:

To get more detailed information about the guest card, click the card number. In the opened window you may see the information about guest card, their loyalty level and percent of discount:

The “Reward points” section displays the information about accumulated nights or stays for the amount since the card issuing date, and a quantity of nights to upgrade to the next loyalty level.

The “Transaction history” section displays all the bookings where the points accumulated since the card issuing date, and the history of the changes of loyalty levels.

If you work with Exely PMS, use the instruction “How to generate and issue loyalty cards in Exely PMS”.

Virtual cards generating

If you need to create more new virtual cards, follow the steps below:

1. In the "Cards list" section, click “Generate new cards”.

2. In the pop-up window, enter the number of cards you need to generate and click "Create".

Physical cards generating

If you need to add a card with a certain number,

1. In the "Cards list" section, click the “Create new card” button.

2. In the pop-up window, enter the card number:

You can add several loyalty cards for guests at once by uploading a file with the list of issued cards. To do this,

1. In the "Cards list" section, click the “Import from a file” button:

2. Download a template. Add the card numbers, cardholder data, loyalty level and guest earnings details to the file. Then upload the file and click "Start import":

If you do not use Exely PMS, this file should contain card numbers, guest name and surname and their telephone number. Here's the example of such a file:
