In the Exely extranet, you can get a link to a room type or rate plan that can be used to attract guests to promotions.
A guest clicking on the link will go straight to the required rate plan or room type.

How to get a link to a room type
1. Go to “Room management” > “Room types”.
2. Find the required room type and click “Action” > “URL to the room type”.
3. In the pop-up window, click the “Copy” button to copy the link. You can add the copied link to newsletters or send it to a guest.
How to create a link to a rate plan with different parameters
To create a link with room type, rate plan and other parameters, use the following formula: https://site.com/booking?be-room=200000&special-offer=300000&date=2025-03-08&nights=5promo-code-plain=Gold
The formula contains the following variables:
1. https://site.com/booking? — property website. Specify your website domain name instead of hotel.com.
2. be-room=200000 or room-type=200000 — room type ID.
3. be-offer=300000 or special-offer=300000 — rate plan ID.
To get a link to a rate plan, go to “Room management” > “Rate plans”. Find the required rate plan and click “Action” > “URL to the rate plan”.
Or open the rate plan and copy the ID in the link.
4. date=2025-03-08 — arrival date.
5. nights=5 — number of nights.
6. promo-code-plain=Gold — promo code (if available).
7. & — separating character.
Paste the received link into the browser — if the settings are correct, the special offer will open with the specified parameters in the booking engine.
