An updated version of the “Analytics” section is now available in the Exely extranet, replacing the previous one. Use the new Exely Analytics for a more convenient and efficient analysis of your performance indicators.
The Exely Analytics menu includes the following sections:
Revenue — combines reports on occupancy rate and dynamics, booking window, and cancellations that are available in Exely Advisor. You can open the report pages by clicking the "View" button.
Points of sale — provides information collected in Exely Advisor on sales broken down by sources. To view the data, click the "View" button.
Website performance shows the statistics of user sessions on the property’s website, as well as traffic sources statistics for a selected period. From this section, you can also open the "Demand calendar" report in Exely Advisor by clicking the "View" button.
Guest management — contains the "Reputation and reviews" report, which allows you to analyze the rating dynamics of your property based on reviews from different sources.
