“Occupancy” report contains a chart with the number of active bookings for the selected period, which you can compare with previous years.
“Sales distribution” report shows sales dynamics in the property in terms of points of sale, room types or rate plans.
“Occupancy rate” report shows demand dynamics for future periods.
“Occupancy pickup” report allows you to identify peak demand periods and evaluate your sales performance.
“Demand calendar” report displays the occupancy demand for specific dates and records the arrival dates for which guests search and book rooms.
“Wish List” is a list of requests submitted by guests, if the desired room type is not available at the time of booking.
“Booking window” report displays the information on how many days before arrival guests book rooms on the official website or sales channels.
“Booking cancellations” report shows the information on how many days before arrival guests cancel their bookings.
