Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru faced several challenges in regards managing its room reservations. Employees handled bookings manually, which was time-consuming and inefficient
The hotel also struggled to generate bookings from its website. There were very few bookings through the website, and most of their bookings came from other channels. This lack of direct bookings resulted in missed revenue opportunities and reliance on third-party platforms.
