Exely Booking Engine + Rate Match. Exely provided the hotel with a user-friendly platform for guests to book directly on the website. The solution has purchase motivators and smart widgets to trigger users to book directly. 

Key features include real-time availability, a hassle-free booking process, and diverse payment options. It also offers various promotions, such as location-based deals, last-minute offers, and mobile discounts which prompt quicker booking decisions. 

Exely set up Rate Match to cut down price disparities. The tool tracks the price difference between the hotel's website and the OTAs, and then automatically sets the equal one on the website. 

Fixed website prices are displayed alongside their OTAs’ offers in Google Free Booking Links - the tool automatically syncs prices with Google Business Profile. This encourages potential guests to make a booking on the hotel website.

The solution is free for Exely Booking Engine users. It automatically monitors and aligns room rates, enhancing brand exposure. This way the hotel has been able to save on commissions as they only pay 4% on commissions to Exely instead of 20% for OTAs’ bookings.
