How to cancel a booking in Exely PMS
In case a guest did not show up or decided to cancel the booking, cancel it in Exely PMS.
To cancel a booking, take the following steps:
1. Go to the “Property management” > “Front Desk” and click the booking you need.
2. In the opened booking details window, click the “Cancel” icon at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the reason for cancellation and click the “Confirm” button. The guest will get an email notification of cancellation.
Note. You can cancel a booking made in a distribution channel in the Front Desk, but it will not be canceled in the distribution channel. You will need to cancel it in the distribution channel’s Extranet as well.
