How to check in a guest in Exely PMS
To check in a guest in Exely PMS, do the following:
1. Go to “Property management” > “Front desk” and select the booking you need.
2. A pop-up window with the detailed information on the booking will be opened on the right side of the page. Click the “Check In” button at the bottom of the page.
3. In the “Date and time” fields, select the actual date and time of arrival.
4. Click “Check in”. If you want to check the guest in and proceed with a payment, select “Accommodate upon payment”.
5. If you selected “Accommodate upon payment”, make a payment in the system on the page opened. Indicate the date and time of payment, the amount paid. Then click “Apply”.
6. After you check the guest in, the booking will be highlighted in purple.
