How to view the history of changes for a booking
In Exely PMS, you can see what changes have been made to a booking. To do this, follow the steps below:
1. In the Exely extranet, go to “Property management” > “Front Desk”. In the tape chart, click the required booking.
2. In the window with brief booking details, click the “Edit” button.
3. In the booking details page, switch to the “Changes” tab.
There, you will see a table with all the changes made to the booking. You will see what setting has been changed, what it used to be, what it has become, date, time, and the user who made the change.
