What to do if a guest wants to move out before departure date
If a guest wants to leave before the departure date, and the payment method of the booking is “At check-in”, you should mark it in the booking. To do this:
1. Go to “Reports” > “Bookings”.
2. Find the specified booking using the filters or by the booking number.
3. Click “Modify the booking”.
4. In the “Booking details” section, click the dates for the period of stay.
5. Change the check-out date and click "Apply".
6. Click "Save" at the top of the page to save the changes.
The availability for future dates will be increased automatically.
Please note that the refund should be made by the hotel, if the booking is paid through the hotel acquiring or through the following payment methods:
bank transfer for individuals and legal entities;
guarantee by credit card.
