How to fill in the fields in the “Main settings” menu section

In the Exely extranet, go to the “Property settings” section and open the “Main settings” page. There, enter the essential information on your hotel.

1. Upload a hotel logo for the booking confirmation

This logo will be added to the booking confirmations that were

  • made in Exely Booking Engine on your hotel website

  • created in Exely PMS

2. Set your privacy policy

Let website visitors know the private data expiry periods of the Exely Suite. Learn more about the Guest Data Retention Policy.

3. Indicate check-in and check-out hours

Indicate check-in and check-out hours; then, set early check-in and late check-out. Learn how to set check-in and check-out hours.

4. Select weekend days

Tick the days that will be considered weekends. Your guests will not see that, but this setting will make it easier to manage the price calendar — the cells will be highlighted in a darker color. Learn how to choose weekend days on the “Main settings” page.

5. Set child age ranges

Create child age ranges to have more flexibility to set prices for children in rate plans.

6. Set accommodation with pets

Inform your guests whether they can visit your property with pets. In the "Pet accommodation" setting, select "Pets allowed" or "Pets not allowed".

Add pet amenities for pet accommodation and a motivating ‘Pets allowed’ icon in room types, so guests see it in Exely Booking Engine.

7. Fill in the hotel contact details

Add the hotel’s address, phone numbers, and email addresses for guests to be able to easily contact you. This information will be included in booking confirmations that were

  • made in Exely Booking Engine on your hotel website

  • created in Exely PMS

After you finish making settings, click the “Save” button at the top of the page.
