How to set notifications from online distribution channels
Some online distribution channels do not notify hotels of new bookings, modifications, or cancellations. In this case, Exely Channel Manager takes care of it. To set notifications, follow the steps below:
1. Go to “Channel Manager” > “Settings” > and switch to the “Notifications” tab.
By default, Exely Channel Manager sends notification to the email address indicated in “Property settings” > “Main settings”.
To replace the email address with a different one, untick the “Use from default settings” check-box, enter the required email, and click the “Save” button.
To find out if an online distribution channels sends notifications, study the second column of the table.
If an online distribution channel sends notifications on its own, you can disable notifications from Exely. To do this, untick the corresponding box in the third column of the table.
You can set a different email for every distribution channel separately. To do this, click on the “pencil” icon on the right and enter the email address you need.
