How to fix an error in the channel
This article contains the list of errors that can appear in the sales channel and how to fix them.
To see the error description, go to “Channel Manager” > “Channel updates” and open the “Activity log” tab.
HRS errors
1. The Hot Deal cannot be saved because an HRS rate is not available throughout the selected period
The error can appear if the Hot Deal rate has the prices set, but the HRS base rate does not contain the prices. To fix it, go to HRS extranet and set the prices for the HRS base rate (this rate is usually named HRS-1).
2. Error. Code: -4101. Description: rate save failed due to validation errors: -4101: rate save failed due to validation errors (Validation errors occurred: You have not specified whether breakfast is available in the selected period. Please begin by setting the availability of breakfast.)
The reason for this error is that the meal should be set for a year and match the meal type in the Exely rate plan. To fix the error, find out the meal type for the rate in the HRS extranet and choose the corresponding meal type in the Exely rate plan.
Travco errors
Code: 10348. Description: No Contracts Available
Such an error appears when the contract (rate plan) in the Travco extranet is limited by the date in the past. To fix the error, prolong the contracts in the Travco extranet and contact Exely Customer Support for resynchronization.
