How to create an order in Exely Payment Links

Create an order in the “Payment Links” section to send a payment link for the service to the guest. Before creating an order, make sure the correct validity period of the payment link is specified in the settings. For details, refer to the instruction “What is Exely Payment Links”.

1. In the Exely extranet, go to “Payment Links” > “Orders” and click “Create an order”.


2. In the order creation window, enter the guest and the services details. In the “Customer” section, enter the customer details.


Specify the dates when the services will be provided.


3. In the “Services” section, select the service, specify the service price and quantity.


If the required service is not available in the services list, or you have not created any services yet, add the service to the “Services” reference. For this,

  • In the “Services” drop-down list, select “Add a service”.


  • Enter the service details and click “Save”.


  • After saving, the service will immediately appear in the list, and you will be able to select it.

To add several services to one order, click “Add a service”.


Then, select the required service and click “Save”.


In the “Service” section, the added services will be shown the following way.


4. In the “Payment due date” field, specify the date by which the customer must pay for the order.


Note. If the order is not paid on time, the payment link becomes invalid and the order is automatically canceled. The payment link validity period is set in the “Payment Links” > “Settings” section. For example, the payment due date is August 10. This means, the link will be valid till 23:59 on August 10 by the property local time.

However, when creating an order, you can set a different payment due date in the “Payment due date” field. In this case, the period specified when creating the order will be applied.


5. Enter additional information about the service in the “Additional information” field, if required. The customer will see this text when paying for the order. Click “Save”. The order is created.


After the order is saved, a page with the order detailed information will open. For details, refer to the instruction “How to view order details”.

6. The payment link will be automatically sent in business chats in Viber to the guest’s phone number indicated in the order. If the guest does not use Viber, the link will be sent via SMS. All messages are sent on behalf of Exely.
