Deferred electronic payment via link for Front Desk in Exely Hotelier mobile app

Deferred payment via link from Front Desk allows you to receive prepayments from guests before their arrival date. You can send a payment link from both the web version of the Exely extranet and the Exely Hotelier mobile app.

How to send a payment link from Exely Hotelier mobile app

1. In the Exely Hotelier mobile app, go to the “Front Desk” section and find the required booking.

2. Open the booking for editing. You can do this in several ways:

  • The first and the fastest way is to double-tap the booking in Front Desk.

  • The second way is to tap the booking and then tap the “Edit” button in the lower menu.

  • The third way is to tap the “Action” button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Then, select “Edit”.

3. Tap the widget with calculations in the lower left corner.

4. In the opened window, tap the payment method and select “Deferred payment”.

Note. Changing the guarantee method is not available for bookings prepaid via your own acquiring system.

6. Click “Next” and save the changes on the next step. After saving, an email with a payment link will be automatically sent to the guest.

How to resend a payment link

1. In the Exely Hotelier mobile app, go to the “Front Desk” section.

2. Open the required booking.

3. Tap the “Action” button in the upper right corner of the screen and select “Send a payment link”.

4. Select the way to send the link: via email, SMS or a messenger installed on your smartphone.
