“User activity logs” report

“User activity logs” report

The “User activity logs” report displays what actions were completed by each Exely PMS user.

To generate the report, select the time period first.


You can set the following filters:

1. The “Username” filter lets you select a specific user and see his/her actions.

2. The “Changed parameter” filter lets you choose a particular action that you want to see. By ticking and unticking options for the filter, you can generate the report you need. There are the following options in the list:

  • Date and time of check-in/check-out;

  • Actual check-in and check-out time;

  • Modifying a rate plan and the cost of stay, giving discounts for stays and extra services;

  • Modifying a room type and changing a room number;

  • Modifying a payment method, adding a comment, purpose of visit, point of sale, and added a note;

  • Adding, modifying, and deleting extra services;

  • Adding, deleting, and modifying guest profiles (guest’s name, contact details, number of adults and kids in a booking);

  • Payment and refund details;

  • Booking cancellations, checking guests in and out;

  • Modifying guest’s bank card details.


To see the changes that have been made to one particular booking, enter its number in the search field.


The report has several columns:

  • Date and time when the action was completed

  • User

  • Changed content — the number of reservation

  • Changed parameter — the completed action

  • Previous value — what was there before the action was completed

  • New value


Click the “Export to XLS” button to download the report to your desktop.
