The “User activity logs” report allows you to view a list of user actions for a selected period.
How to generate the report
1. Select the period for which you want to generate the report. By default, the data is displayed for the current day.
2. If needed, use the “Username” and “Changed parameter” filters. Click “Run a report”.
The “Username” filter lets you select the users whose actions you would like to view.
The “Changed parameter” filter allows you to specify which user actions you want to include into the report. By adding or excluding parameters, you can tailor the report to your needs. For convenience, you can use the parameter search:
You can generate a report by the following parameters:
arrival and departure dates and times;
actual check-in and check-out times;
changes to the rate plan and stay cost, applying discounts for the stay and extra services;
changes to the room type and room number;
changes to the payment method, adding comments, purpose of visit, point of sale, notes;
adding, modifying, and deleting extra services;
changes to guest information (adding or deleting a guest, changes to guest name, contact details, number of adults and children in the booking);
payment and refund details;
booking cancellations, guest check-ins and check-outs;
changes to payer details;
and other parameters.
To view the change history for a specific booking, or to see what changes were made by a specific user, enter the booking number or the login in the search field.
The table contains several columns:
date and time — when the user made the change;
user — who performed the action;
modified entity — the booking number;
modified parameter — the action performed by the user;
old value — the state before the change;
new value — what changed after the action.
