"Guest list" report

"Guest list" report

The “Guest list” report contains a list of guests.

By default, the report is generated for the current date. To select another date or another period of time, choose them in the calendar. You can make use of the following filters: by checking in and out, citizenship, point of sale, market segment, the purpose of visit, and a room type.

If you select a period of time in the future, the report will display the list of guests that booked rooms at your property for this very period in the future.

Select a period of time. Right after, the system will generate the report below.


The report contains the following data:

  • Guest name;

  • Status;

  • Citizenship;

  • Check-in and check-out dates;

  • Room number;

  • Rate plan;

  • Identification document;

  • Address of residence;

  • Phone number;

  • Email.

Data in the report is updated automatically.

Only the following bookings get into the report: checked in bookings, or bookings that are supposed to be checked in on the selected day or the last day of the selected period.

If you select a period of time in the past, only bookings that are checked out will get into the report.

To download the report as an Excel file, click the “Export to XLSX” button.
