How to deal with bookings undelivered to PMS
Bookings are automatically delivered to PMS, if it is integrated with Exely Suite. Sometimes errors occur, and bookings, which fail to be delivered to PMS, go to “Reports” > “Undelivered bookings to PMS”. In this case, we recommend you to follow the steps below:
Find undelivered bookings
To find out the reason why a booking was not delivered, on the “Undelivered bookings to PMS” page, check the “Comments” column.

The comments contain the information about what needs to be done and the PMS message that contains the error.
Use the “Sorting” and “Booking version” filters above the table and search field to find the required booking.

In the “Sorting” filter, select how the bookings will be sorted:
by arrival date,
by booking date.

In the “Booking version” filter, select the required version:
creation,
modification,
cancellation.

Bulk delivery of bookings
You can send numerous bookings using bulk delivery. To start bulk delivery of bookings to PMS, click the ‘Deliver bookings to PMS’ button.

After this, all bookings that can be delivered to PMS will be queued for automatic delivery. Click “Deliver”.

If you need to stop the bulk delivery, click “Stop delivery”.

Process errors
Click “Action” and select the required option:

Deliver to PMS automatically — Exely will again attempt to deliver a booking to PMS. Use this option after an error is fixed, so you do not have to create a booking manually. Do not click this button, if you have already created the booking in PMS manually.
Processed in PMS should be selected, if you have manually edited or created a booking in PMS. In the Exely Suite, the booking is considered processed, and it is removed from the list of undelivered bookings.
Enter PMS booking No. is used if a booking is not delivered, but it is created in PMS manually. In this case, the booking number from PMS is assigned to the booking in Exely. This way, changes are automatically delivered to PMS, if the booking is edited or cancelled.
Show delivery log — a page with delivery logs is opened for the required booking.
Download delivery log — a file will be saved on your device in TXT format.
Booking is delivered to PMS
Once the booking is successfully delivered to PMS, a notification will be shown in the Exely extranet. The “Booking is successfully delivered to PMS” notification will be displayed in a booking confirmation.
