To quickly and easily extend prices, copy them for upcoming days using the “Make a sample” button.

1. In your Exely extranet, go to “Room management” > “Rate plans”.

2. Click the required rate plan and switch to the “Prices and restrictions” tab.

3. In the price calendar, find the prices you need to copy and select the day they belong to. On the right, click the “Make a sample” button.

4. Select the dates that you need to paste the prices to. On the right, below the “Use the sample”, click the “In all room categories” button.

Then, prices for each room type will be copied from the prices of the corresponding room type.

If there are price restrictions set in the rate plan, copy them as well, following the same steps:

1. Select the required restriction above the price calendar.

2. Select the date you need to take as a sample and click the “Make a sample” button.

3. Select the dates to paste the restrictions.

4. On the right, below the “Use the sample”, click the “In all room categories” button.

Well done, the restriction is copied for all the room categories.
