After making a booking, guests receive a confirmation email. To cancel the booking, the guest should make the following steps.
1. Copy the access code from the booking confirmation email and click the “Cancel booking” link.

2. On the “Manage booking” page, paste the copied code in the “Access code” field and click “View booking details”.

3. On the “My booking details” page, switch to the “Booking cancellation” tab and click the “Cancel booking” button.

4. On the “Booking cancellation” page, select the cancellation reason and click “Cancel my booking”.

A notification about the booking cancellation will be sent to the guest's email.
