How a guest can cancel a booking made at the hotel website

Both guests and hotel managers can cancel the booking on the website.

How a guest can cancel a booking

After making a booking, guests receive a confirmation email. In order to cancel the booking, guests need to:

1. Copy the access code from the confirmation email, then click any link in the “Manage booking” section.


2. Paste the code in the “Access code” field and click the “View booking details” button.


3. Click “Cancel booking”.


4. Review the booking details and the cancellation terms. Then, click the "Continue" button.


5. Select a reason for cancellation and click the “Cancel my booking” button.


Both the guest and the hotel will be notified of the cancellation.
