How the “At check-in” payment method works
The “At check-in” payment method is the most popular among hotel guests. Many abandon bookings when they have to enter bank card details.

In case guests select the “At check-in” payment method, their booking confirmation will not have cancellation terms. It happens because prepayments cannot be used as a penalty fee if no prepayments are made.
