How to get access to Exely extranet

You can create a user following the steps given in the instruction: "How to create a new user in the Exely extranet".

In case you do not have access to the "Customer portal", to create new access to your Exely extranet, contact your Customer Support manager or Exely Customer Support team from your hotel email address.

In the email, indicate the following:

  • Hotel’s ID

  • Employee’s name

  • Employee’s unique email

  • Information on access rights you wish to grant to the user.


The Exely Suite has the following groups of access rights:


Access to all solutions and Customer Portal

Managers have full access to all the solutions settings of the Exely Suite, accounting documents and users management. This access can be granted only on request from an email address of a user having access to "Customer portal" or on request sent on the hotel letterhead with the signature and seal of the legal entity.


Access to all solutions

Administrators have full access to the Exely extranet and all the solutions set up by the hotel.


For administrator

Administrators have access to the “Availability”, “Property management”, and “Reports” menu sections. This type of user cannot manage prices and accounting documents. If you use Exely Property Management System, read about the types of access rights in Exely PMS.


For accounting

Users with the “For accounting” type of rights can access the “Accounting” and “Reports” menu sections. They cannot access the “Property management” menu section, modify availability and rate plans, and other hotel settings.


For marketing

Users with this type of rights can access the “Automated emails” and “Reports” menu sections. They cannot access the booking reconciliation check and the “Property management” menu section. This type of user cannot modify availability and rate plans, and other hotel settings.


For housekeeping

Users with the “For housekeeping” type of rights can access the “Housekeeping” menu section, view brief information on bookings and several reports.


If you wish to expand or restrict the access rights of existing users, you can make the required changes following the instruction: "How to change the user access level in the Exely extranet".


In case you do not have access to the "Customer portal", contact your Customer Support manager or Exely Customer Support team from the email address of the user having access to "Customer portal". In case you do not have access to the indicated email addresses, send a request on the hotel letterhead with the signature and seal of the legal entity, mentioning the login you need to make changes to.
